Anne-Lise Øien invites pioneers and the new world leaders to one week Authentic leadership program with focus on new time leadership and the power of joy. The program will be a combination of developing authentic leadership skills, breathing, silence and practical tools to bring back. I aim to stretch you out of your comfort zone to create quantum change and new potential through your leadership.

The workshops will follow the sequences of a full leadership program. Your will learn and integrate how corporate culture can change with consciousness and joy. It will be a series of practical workshops on how to increase consciousness and be a change agent in the moment. You will learn how to use behavioral change in order to spread and integrate heartfelt values in your life and company culture. Once the values are fully integrated it will change everything around you!
